Two ways to make a report
There are two ways to report through UEA's Report and Support reporting tool.
The first is anonymously. This is 100% anonymous and the University will have no record of who is making the report or who the report is against. Even though we cannot do anything with your report, it does help the University with understanding what is happening in our community.
The second option is to provide your contact details. This will enable an adviser to contact you to arrange an appointment. You will be able to talk to the adviser about the details of your report, and they can give you options for possible next steps and support you through any decisions you make on the reporting process.
Making a report via Report and Support does not initiate a formal university complaint.
I want to report in person
Students may also report in person at the Student Information Zone (SIZ). Let the SIZ front desk team know that you wish to make a report and would like to speak to Student Life. They will take your contact details and a Senior Student Life Advisor who will be in touch by email within 3 working days to arrange taking your report. If you wish to report out of hours, please contact the Residential Life team.
